Returns
Whilst we try our hardest to give you the best quality clothing with as much information as possible, we understand that buying online has its challenges, which is why we offer returns on all of our basic products.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery and only if the product is unused and unworn. We only ask that you pay for the return postage and you will receive a full refund, minus the original postage costs and a small administration fee.
If you have customised an item with your own measurements, we will not be able to offer a refund, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
We hope you understand that we are a small business and we will always do our best to be transparent. Please buy responsibly.

Refunds
If in the situation you have received a product that is an un-satisfactory condition, we ask you to get in contact via e-mail or the contact form, with some pictures describing the issue.
If we agree to the return, we will provide you with our details. Upon examining the item, if we agree, we will refund the product price and return postage to the original payment method.
Product must be un-worn to be eligible for a return and refund.
